Mostly a designer and digital illustrator, I've also worked as a web and web game designer in the past. I work mostly as a CG Generalist, on fun projects like games, animation and video.
Apart from the usual video and animation work i also do CG illustrations as freelance work and R&D exercises. I have worked briefly in the 3D PC gaming industry here in Bangalore, its where i picked up most of my 3D skills.
Incidently my final project at college was a sci-fi pop-up book for kids :) and my first job was as an illustrator... i still do the occasional print job.. but mostly stick to digital media.
Have also been doing workshops with kids where i show them how to turn trash like old pet bottles or cans into toys
In my free time i play games on my PC and other devices, read comics, and spend time with my family and dogs.
Have joined as faculty in the animation and vfx department.

Falana Dimka is a film and animation studio. It was founded by myself and a long time freelance partner who is a film maker.
Consulting and working on design, film/animation and illustration projects with various teams.
Though My work was mostly digital,.. quite often i delved into the physical space as well.. doing DIY stuff, recycling old bottles and cans.. etc. i've also been developing DIY manuals for kids.
I was a web and game designer working full time at Flip Design Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore. My main expertise was in animation - 2d and 3d. I concentrated on the visual design, illustration and animation of all my projects... be they games, websites whatever.
Though My work is mostly digital,.. quite often i delve into the physical space as well.. doing DIY stuff, recycling old bottles and cans.. etc. and doing workshops with school kids, showing them how to take seemingly useless junk and turn it into a toy or animal or something fun.
This was a gaming company, and started out as a dream job. Had to design and model characters, objects and interfaces for cg games and interactive cds.
The experience sent me into an accelerated learning mode, which greatly improved and augmented my cg skills. Was a tough decision to leave the place.
Mostly did designs for environmental graphics..also did some websites and illustration while working there.
Was a wonderful learning experience.. also made me realise that i really don't like working with print media.
